I stuffed 10 pounds of sausages in about two hours, all by myself. I believe if you have an extra person helping, that would be much faster. Overall, I am pleased with the product, it is made of sturdy plastic, very easy to clean as other people pointed out. fairly easy to load and reload the meat. Once you get the hang of it, it works quite well considering how simple the design is. I didn’t break or tear any casing, quite pleased.

Used this for a one-time tail gate meal. Never made sausage before, but it worked fine. May not be great for making huge batches of making sausages a lot, but worked for us.

The sausage came our great but the meat stayed in the last part of the tube making it very hard to empty out, have to push it out with something .. not the best

I like it for a low cost beginner’s tool. I’m experimenting with making my own sausages and didn’t want to blow $70 to discover I was going to get bored. This works just fine and if I use it enough to break it it’s time to get a stainless one.
