Coffee Dictionary: An A Z of coffee, from growing & roasting to brewing & tasting Hardcover – October 3, 2017

I ran into this book at a coffee shop while traveling and thought it provided so much information that I had to have it. It’s a treasure trove of coffee knowledge that really makes you appreciate a good cup of coffee. It’s a good decor for any coffee station.

The family member loved it!

I’m only just getting into researching and learning about coffee, so I felt like this book was a good, broad overview of a lot of the terms generally used when discussing coffee. I also appreciated when the author went into depth about some of the processes that are touted and followed with his own opinion/ brought up the controversy with certain methods. I plan to re-read this book/ come back to it later.
