Cole comfort
Perfect for achy, swollen hands after a day of pruning. Flexible shell fabric. Stays cold for quite a while. The elastic band helps keep the mitts on and the cold in but if you are sitting, they are not really necessary.. I highly recommend this product.

Works great! Intense cold.
Very intense when first out of freezer but works well.

Full hand icing.
These mitts let me ice my entire hand at one time. I'm really into DIY and work a desk job so my tendons take a beating week in and week out and being able to ice everything all at once is a game changer. My hands are on the larger end (I wear a L in nitrile gloves but can squeeze into a M, if necessary) and the size of the mitts felt comfortable. I could make a fist with them on. My only complaint is that I wish they came down a little more on the wrist.

Cold & Heat
I was actually surprised U can use these with heat too. They stay pretty cold too for a good period of time. The only downside is the fingers dont get as cold as I would like due the mitten style so if need to use ice say on your thumb does not do the best job

Excellent cold therapy (but size is small)
I have had many cold therapy products in the past, and the ones that always work the best and hold the cold the best are those that are malleable with gel. These are terrific. My only critique is that I have what I would consider to be an average size hand, and these work but could be a bit bigger even for me. The Velcro strap that wraps around the wrist to hold it tight really aids in getting the cold to the wrist as well as the fingers. But, again, if my hand were larger, it wouldn't work.

Would give 10 out of 5 đ, they are that good! Grateful I bought, Great design! đâ¤ī¸âđŠšđ
The media could not be loaded. I have been having pain in my fingers and thumbs for almost a year, and was using "normal ice packs", but as soon as I'd move, I'd have to readjust them. These solved that issue, and I have been using them as I fall asleep each night. Today I had surgery in hopes of lasting relief, and I am really glad I ordered this!Suggestion to mfg., 2 things I would change, but even without, still would give 10 out of 5 đ1.) The storage bag is a great addition, but VERY difficult to open if your hands don't work as they should without causing pain2.) You should include a cotton mitten type article that is washable in case it is too cold for some, or they need to keep surgical site as sterile as possible, because cleaning inside ice not is near impossible. These could be an add on. (I cut up clean old stretched out socks for this purpose.)Best features!*There are two, so when one gets warm, I can swap it for the other.*They can be warmed up too!*Velcro strap at wrist holds mit in place.

Very Uncomfortable
I found that these got too hard to be comfortable to wear. I was expecting it to be more like very cold gel beads, but that was not the case. Bummer!

Great for Arthritis
These stay on, even on my tiny hands, and are a huge improvement over holding an ice pack to my thumb. However, I strongly suggest wearing gloves while you use these. My pinky was getting numb without it. Your mileage may vary, but it's still plenty cold with a knit glove on!Update 6/2/23:I realized this morning that one glove is really super cold, and the other...not so much. I feel like I got an uneven pair...I was doing 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off when this dawned on me, because I rotate between packs to give them time to get cold again.Anyway, I called Amazon and I'm going to basically swap them out for another pair (I ordered it again and will return the original pair) and hopefully the new pair will be more even. đ¤đģđ¤đģđ¤đģI hope so, because I love these.
