Q: Does it work if you put fruit in the cup too?

It depends on which fruits you put in and how much fluidic it may be. It won't cut through it though, but it will make a very thick smoothie. I have tried mangos with a little bit of milk + water, whey protein + water/milk + banana, nooseberry fruit (Chiku) + milk. Any fruit that's generally ripe and softer, just like these will work in this blender bottle, but just shake them really nice and hard. And surprisingly, if you put in a few ice cubes, and shake it really hard, it will even break them so nicely that you can make an ice golla (google that please).

Q: Is this bottle air tight?

Nope. Screws on tight but the flip cap is terrible

Q: Does this product come with the blender ball or is that separate?

The blender ball is indeed included.

Q: can the bottle bear boiled water and don't change shape if I keep the bottle open?

Hello,Your our BlenderBottle should not be used for boiling water. Hot or warm liquids may build up pressure within the bottle and cause the flip cap to open unexpectedly and spray contents.
