Blackstar ID CORE V3 Combo Guitar Amps (IDCORE20 20W V3)

Initially I did alot of research and one of my friends suggested the boss Katana 50 mkii but the allure of wide stereo, usb recording capabilities (more channels than Katana if I'm not wrong), ability to send sound to mobile devices via TRRS cable for live streaming/playing over tracks kept me digging for more info. Initially found the 20w unit has two 5inch speakers in pair. Where as other amps might give u one 8" speaker. But the sound quality is amazing. This Amp has some pretty good features like USB recording (4 channels) and play. One can use the built in audio interface with a USB type B cable (old standard, dont know why they picked it) and play songs or movies through this amp with amazing sound quality. The inbuilt effects are great and can be tweaked as per choice. I installed Blackstar Architect software and connected the amp and it started a firmware update which was finished soon. The architect software has a 3 band EQ which is missing in the amp controls (might be cost cutting) the ISF feature is neat. Overall, if you wanna practice on backing tracks, songs, want to record on your mobile/desktop simply go for this amp. It's truly amazing what money can buy now a days. And btw it has a built in tuner too.

I ordered this after doing thorough research, and I'm pretty happy after getting it. It has loads of features, and I would definitely recommend it.The presets sound perfect. The size is also quite handy, but it sounds more than expected. I didn't find any amp with rev, delay, and modulations at this price point.It really adds a lot to my guitar-playing experience.

Good Guitar amp in 17000-18000 price range

The media could not be loaded. I am a marshal fan, but blackstar gives you everything you need to have. It has so many modes and yes it has delay and reverb with modular, and you can play all these together i think. For such price you can have line 6 type guitar output i mean what else you need. This is just the product you were looking for. And it is not just practice guitar amp it is loud, when i was buying difference between 15w and 20 w was i think 2k so i bought 20w. It's loud it's easy to setup doesn't take a lot of space despite being a big one. Packaging was excellent.

This amp is really great for practice as well as for small live performances. The stereo speakers fills the room perfectly giving a rich spacious tone. All the default patches were really great and fun to play for any type of sound. Not to mention all the great other features in the amp like the cab rig simulator, the software and custom patches etc.Best bang for your buck ! I say go for it

For the first 2 hours of playing, it may sound weird but after a while it just gives the best sound ever. Just be patient with it at first!

Nice clean sound ..10000 of patches ..I am happy with it .... But found some noise pick up some time.. Price at higher side compared to other similar amp.. Also for connectivity it has typeA usb...now a days difficult to get those cable... they could have supplied this old gen cable ...Over all nice product .But 3 start for usb connectivity

This product blew my mind when i first got it. The clean channels were top notch and even the overdrives were gnarly. The fact that you can control the patches and modulation through the app makes it even more approachable. Would highly recommend.
