Have been a road cyclist for over 30 yrs- have tried many products along the way. There are times that during a long ride, I need a bit of a boost, which Cliff shot gives me. I avoid caffeine, this product has minimal, with none added, so it’s more of a bit of glucose, and as someone who doesn’t use sugar routinely, I feel it, In a good way. Have used this product on & off over the years, it used to come in a mini tube, which could be opened & closed- liked that. But this little packet is good too, I only take 1/3 of it when I need on a ride- works. Taste is good, actually chocolatey- this is the only chocolate I ever use & I appreciate the flavor. Becoming a little hard to get, have had to order from several vendors on Amazon, sincerely hope it remains available for the foreseeable future.

This sports gel in chocolate tastes great! Few chocolate sports gels have a decent flavor. Quick way to prevent or treat “bonking”.

Overall these are my second favorite gels to use. Easy to swallow and the citrus taste good to me. No crash. Keeps me going during the workout.

At miles 25-50, these are better than most. More citrusy than a lot of others.

Best thing is the caffeine. After that the flavor is a nice change of pace from the chocolate flavors that tend to be heavier and hard to consume at times. Liked it enough to order a new box of 24

Love these gel packs. Great for distance running. I prefer this citrus flavor. Think 7up flavor. The strawberry flavor does not taste good to me because the gel is usually warm (if not hot) when I consume it and just something about warm strawberries does not appeal to me when I'm in the middle of a workout!

Product was damaged. The gel had these weird hard clumps in them and tasted awful. I’ve purchased these before from a store in person and they did NOT have this texture or taste. I’m assuming I got a bad batch or they were spoiled somehow. Didn’t realize I couldn’t return these though and annoyed that this was just wasted money.

The picture shows Mocha gels with Caffeine and I received Chocolate gels with no Caffeine. The description does say "Chocolate Flavor" however the picture is misleading.
