Good
Good product, just the battery didn’t work for the 3 months count down of the filter.

Has encouraged me to ditch single use water bottles.
The media could not be loaded. This water filtered requires very little assembly, you literally screw on the tap and put the lid on. It does include step by step instructions should you need them. The most important thing is to make sure you discard the first full filter, the instructions suggest you could water plants with this which I like.It takes approximately 30 minutes to filter a full tank which is quite a while but once done you simply keep it topped up and it won’t keep you waiting.I wasn’t sure how well this would fit into my modest fridge freezer but it actually fits no problem. It has a front handle (more of a lip) and you will need to slide it forward an inch so that you can use the tap to dispense water. I thought this was going to be annoying but it’s actually not a bother. The water tastes completely of nothing there is no taste which is really refreshing. Being fridge temperature is excellent on hot days and negates the need for ice as you have perfectly cool squash on tap as it were! When you refill the unit it’s easy to just fill your kitchen jug, slide your unit forward as you would to dispense water and open the special sliding cover on the lid and top up.The handy digital counter counts down from 90 days to remind you to replace the filter. The filters cost £46 and last approximately 3 months, that’s about £15 a month. I currently spend £14.64 per month on bottled water for my family so it’s in the right ball park. The filters from what I’ve read are one of the best performing available my only question is that in the UK is it really needed? Our tap water is very good quality and we do not get hurricanes. If I replace the bottled water I buy with reusable bottles filling them with this filtered water I do not save any money but I dramatically reduce the amount of plastic waste that my family produces. So I can see that this promotes a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. At £79.99 (May ‘21) this isn’t cheap but it is family sized and provides you with an environmentally friendly channel to ensure that the water your family is drinking is as safe as it can be. On that basis I happy to recommend this item and hope that it helps change the single use plastic bottle society that we have become.

Great taste of water, recommended
The media could not be loaded. Pros:1. Capacity is great, one can have plenty of water!2. Easy to clean and assemble for first use (clear steps and clear instruction!)3. Water taste greatCons:1. Water filtration is slow2. Not sure where to buy replacement filters (it is not as popular as some supermarket alternatives)Overall it’s good product and worth the money. It’s convenient to use, looks good and gives water with great taste.

It's not worth the value for money. I expected more!!!
I decided to invest and spend a bit more money to buy this product in hope it will provide fresh, contaminant-free drinking water and preventcollection of the limescale in my kettle. So I stopped using a tap water for making my teas/coffees and since purchasing the Epic Nano water filter I've been only using filtered water from Epic Nano etc.However... although the water tastes ok, I don't see any difference in comparison with tap water in terms of how much limescale occurs in my kettle.See photos enclosed and that reflects period from 30Nov-22 Dec only.Just to add this is also a brand new kettle that arrived on the same day (30 Nov)

It's very effective but not without flaws.
The media could not be loaded. I do love this. Seeing the crystal clear and clean water in this is excellent. Since this has been in the household I have drank a lot more water.I do think that its woefully overpriced. Like double what its worth. And for that it will never get 5*.But it is a good performer.I like to talk about the negatives more than positives when reviewing. This water cooler does have a couple of bad points. The time it takes to filter the water is legit a long time. The first use i filled it and it took 30 minutes. No lies. 30 minutes to get it filled up. The filter is obviously doing its thing during this time and the results are outstanding. But how is this even possible? Also the tap. While functional. The tap is really lightweight and for the cost of £70+ you would expect something that is made with quality. The tap is thin and cheap.Besides those two real minor flaws, the cooler still works. It sits lovely in my fridge and produces absolutely outstanding water. It's a great thing. As long as this is £74. It will be 4* max.
