I love this ottoman, I purchased this before I purchased more of this set. Who can’t use a storage ottoman? But I wanted to see the color and feel the fabric before I spent more money on the set. It is a medium gray and is super soft. Someone else said it’s between microfiber and velvet, exactly right. For the ottoman all there is to do is attach the legs. The bolts are already attached to the leg so you only need to screw it in. I did have a little issue but FirstSelection Direct responded in minutes and fixed it. Great seller! Great furniture for the grandkids. I do have 1 little disappointment, however, after I put the legs on part of the sectional, I slid it into position, it left black marks in my brand new rug. I just put the rug down yesterday, still has ripples in it. It will flatten out though, I have 4 of them, I love it. It is an inexpensive polypropylene rug, it should come up with rug/upholstery cleaner. It cleaned up red juice from the grandkids in another room. If your thinking about buying this, you won’t make a mistake, but that said, I don’t know how it will wear with everyday adult use because I bought it for the play room for the grandkids.

We started by ordering one piece to make sure we liked it. Then we ordered a lot to create a large sectional. We ordered grey and were able to find four matching throw pillows at Target. We covered two pillows with cases from Ekobla on Amazon. My spouse commented on how well designed the pieces are, particularly in terms of fitting together easily. We had an issue with not receiving one item, but HONBAY's customer service (via messaging through Amazon) was speedy and excellent, and that one piece arrived separately the next day. We've been enjoying the sofa (and its storage), and we appreciate that it feels firm and supportive.

This ottoman is exactly what I was looking for. It is a great material, super comfy and I would highly recommend!

Pros: easy to assemble, multiple ways to configure, fabric is softCons: pieces don’t align well (see photos of arm units on corners of sofa), pieces are not very deep and are not very comfortable (we are tall people and family hates lounging on this couch), super firm (maybe too firm)
