I know this is not the original type of grate, cast iron was, but I wanted to try this. I measured and knew this would fit, with a small gap. I also knew that it would slide on top of the stainless diffusers on my grill because not a perfect fit (off very little but so what), which was perfectly fine. So advice,,,measure measure measure and expect. However on performance, I was impressed as well! The stainless grates get hot, seems to cook faster and gives a very nice sear on the steaks, burgers and brats! So excited to have purchased. The stainless grates are heavy and extremely good quality… well worth my money! I enjoy BBQ ing and this extended my grill life!

Grates are very heavy duty and just the size as advertised. Fits my grill perfectly. I have the Char Broil commercial grill and it is not officially a infrared grill now but who cares, it works great.

My husband loves them. He said they are easier to clean than the cast iron one for sure. They are very well built. Great value!

The item shipped was absolutely useless as can be seen in the photo attached. This was the replacement grates, the first set was just as bad and could not be used in the grill.

Does not cover the holes on the infrared grates allowing food to or particulates to clog the whole and removing the purpose of an infrared grill. If you do not grill much or clean your infrared greats every use this might work, but as someone that cooks 4-6 meal a week on the grill it does not.
