Best cold brew
High quality filter-very small holes so only the smallest grinds come through and sink to the bottom of the carafe. If you pour carefully the cup has very few grinds and the flavor is great-smooth and rich with no bitterness. Lid is well designed so filter is easy to insert and remove but the carafe is glass so be careful when cleaning and placing in refrigerator.

Defective product. .
Defective product. The stainless steel insert came undone into 2 pieces on first use. The carafe function is still usable, just no cold brew now. Have to contact Hario.jp for support

Badly designed product
Looks pretty but not functional at all. Filter attaches to holder so lose that it will definitely fall in pitcher, making a mess!
