I tried another after having this one when it was out of stock. Threw the other out. It tasted nasty and didn’t work. Love this!

45 percent phospholipids!
It's generally recommended that to be an effective dietary supplement, krill oil should contain 40% (or more) phospholipids. So, a 1000mg "serving" should contain 400mg phospholipids. This product contains 450mg per 1000mg "serving", much higher than most of the other krill supplements offered.If it were offered on a "subscribe and save" option, it could have had a perfect 5 star rating. As it is, I had to set up a reminder for myself to log in and purchase every month, so I've deducted a star for the inconvenience the seller created by not making it possible to purchase without all that rigamarole.

I ordered this for heart health and joint pain. I can't say that I could tell much difference. I mean how do you rate your heart performance. I can say their wasn't much of a taste and it was smooth and easy to swallow
