Not the full 4.5 fluid ounces
I like this brand but definitely a bit disappointed. I could hear liquid splashing around, before even opening the box/packaging the product came in. This was not due to any damage. The product did not leak out. It was simply just not full. Luckily it was on sale.

Urban Skin Products
Recently met a woman at brunch with the most beautiful chocolate skin. Her face was literally glowing with no makeup on! I asked what product she uses and she said she water washer her face (no product) but uses Urban Skin toner and vitamin C. Thought I’d give it a try and it is working well so far. The toner is refreshing and the vitamin C isn’t thick and greasy on my skin. I’m pleased so far with the products.
