OntelThermapulse Relief Wrap Ultra Extra-Long Massaging Heat Wrap

I have ordered these before and they worked well. This was a Christmas gift and just found out it was defective. I need to to replace or return it. Since the gift aspect, I was unable to do this before the normal return date. The inside portion slips down to the bottom. When replaced upwards, it slips back down again ,thus being in affective.

I hate this item! I had 3 of them and all 3 stop working after a couple of weeks using them problem with plug somehow just keep flasing and message don't work and now I have no address where to return it.
