Opened it for the first time. I wish I knew it wasn’t good. Now it’s too late for me to return. The hookah doesn’t heat up unless the other hose opening is covered. It stops working when there is no suction and it doesn’t heat up quick. Waste of time and money

I’ve puffed on my hookah over 700 times off of ONE charge. This is the SAFEST way to go. You save on having to buy coals and the foil

I kept getting an "open load protect" error when trying to use this item. The item did not come with any kind of troubleshooting documentation. The phone number associated with it put me to a voicemail to which I received no response two days after I left it. I couldn't find any other website or contact information associated with this product. There was a small reddit community which discussed the error, and I tried following some of their suggested steps, but nothing worked. Companies which actively make it difficult for customers to contact them should not be supported.
