I read many books on ealth and this is the best book and a must read book to everyone because very deep information is present in this book that the author of the book had researched into very deep that no other author has researched this much on health so far from the books I read and to know about the speciality of this particular book entire book should be read for sure and I am very very happy that I found this book based on ratings and it's worth to read as very deep information related to body cells diseases, complete information on cancer, saturated, unsaturated fatty acids, oils , oranges, coconuts, sodium bicarbonate, how oxygen and co2 is used by the body and lots and lots more were present in this book the content in this book is very depth but not just for naming the things on health as soo many other books did, I really need to thank the author of this book in personal because I felt like most of the information in this book is written for me as I am suffered from health for more than 2 years and now I know on how to repair my health and the diet I take, I really don't know what happened to my health and I managed my health by doing much research by me and read many books to get my health into normal as no doctor helped me and now by following my own medications as before now I understood what actually happened to my health on how I neglected my health and now I will even follow some procedures from this book and hoping that I must completely become normal after some months as I totally understood about my health.
