Defiantly have a few on hand
This product is very versatile, can be used as a face dressing or as a combat dressing with the eye cup used to help apply pressure to the wounded area. I have several and they work flawlessly.

Better than Israeli? Depends on what you want.
Seems like everyone recommends the Israeli compression bandage, but I chose this one because of the added features. The plastic piece that can increase pressure over the injury point that can also be used as an eye cup. The removable z folded gauze that can be used to pack the wound. And the plastic sheet for chest seal. A few less items I have to pack in my kit.

Great product - NOT a knock off
With so many knock offs being sold lately, I was relieved to see that this was exactly what I needed for my combat medic bag. Thanks!

BE careful- first picture shows 3
I haven't opened this yet as I'll keep in the first aid kit. My issue is the intro picture shows 3 which is what I thought I'd get. When out arrived, there was 1 in the package. I went back to the ad and it does say 1- which I felt was misleading to show 3. Let the buyer beware!

Awesome Pressure Dressing, Small price compared to not bleeding out.
These OLAES dressings are awesome! Although I hope I never have to use one for anything other than training, they're an excellently designed pressure dressing! These have spare gauze for packing exit wounds, have a eye-cup that can also be used for adding better direct pressure to a point of injury, and have self-adhering that maintains tension every 4 to 6" when wrapping around a wound. This is overall a much better design than the older Israeli pressure dressings where you can't lock in your tension until you're fully wrapped.
