Best woodrack I've tried yet
I have not tried all the woodracks out there but I've had a few and this so far is the best one we have found. Sturdy, easy to put together and they last. They don't rust, they look nice and the 1/4 cover is very functional and easy to use. We live in Alaska and get a lot of snow. The cover keeps the snow off the wood at the same letting the wood breathe and dry. The elastic at the post ends all you to scoot the cover lower and lower as you consume the wood, and the velcro allows you to pull the flap up to grab wood and then attaches right back down. We have sustained 75mph winds without the covers blowing off too. The spacing of the rack rails is correct ( I've had some that were not right and they were just a hassle). Gave our other wood racks away over time because I found them just to be more of a hassle ansd was frustrated every time I went to get wood off of them. This is our 4th Woodhaven rack as I finally replaced our last "inferior" wood rack. They are a little pricey but for be it was worth it because we burn so much wood and constantly have to interface with our wood racks. We have a 5-ft, 8-ft, and two 12-ft racks. They are all equally good. We just use the different sizes in different spaces where they fit nicely around the house.

Absolutely Worth It
I was hesitant to spend north of $200 on this product. It was clear upon bringing in the box that this is a quality product. Very solid construction. The firewood is set several inches above ground. The cover is perfect - it does not cover the entire stack, but allows the firewood to "season" while providing shelter of the first several rows to prevent the wood from getting soaked. I can tell this product will last a very long time.As an added bonus, it actually looks nice in the yard.

Excellent product and company!
I’ve purchased 2 Woodhaven firewood racks and both have exceeded my expectations. Prompt delivery, excellent quality, simple and straightforward to assemble. I recommend this product and this company highly.

So happy with this purchase
Easy to put together yet very sturdy! The cover is perfect to keep wood dry yet easy to reach for more. Liked it so much I bought a 4’ to put downstairs at the firepit.

Misleading dimensions
The quality of this thing is adequate. Only took a few minutes to assemble. The only problem I have with this is it will not fit a half cord of wood. the dimensions are all to the outside of the unit so you are going to be short 6 to 8 inches in the length and width of actual wood stacking area. It only matters a because that's how you measure a half cord of wood. 4' high 8' long pile of wood does not fit. it's more like 3/4 of a half cord (or face cord if you go 16" deep)... which is dumb.

It's a wood rack, not rocket science. Or *IS* it???
Wood rack are a dime a dozen, especially with the (couch CHEAP CRAP cough) simple tubing style with a thin powedercoat. This is not that rack. It assembles almost brainlessly, a few bolts and nylock nuts, a design obvious enough you hardly need the instructions, the little flat-cut-out type wrenches even included although I'd reccomend a driver bit for a drill, just to make your life easier, especially for the connecting parts at the bottom middle (I bought the 8 foot so the 'floor' rails are two pieces each, and mate up with flat plate and a right-angle plate that also acts as a center foot where a wrench can't go full circle without hitting the ground. Use the drill to get it 90% there, then snug up with the 2 wrenches)The coating just feels nicer than on most other stuff, the metal gauge is thick, the holes are drilled precisely. It's a LITTLE tough to get the short bolts for the center horizontals thru 2 plates and the cross-section in 4 places but a light tap with a hammer helps. It's just friction because they didn't drill stupidly overlarge holes that in the end mean you have no real strength. It holds, clearly plenty. Everyone else has commented on getting a true 1/2 cord depending on 24 inch long cuts already. I just have a woodburning fireplace for my home we like to use in the winter because what's nicer than reclining near a crackling fire with a nice hot whiskey toddy and a cat on a blanket on your lap? (Answer....2 cats maybe? I dunno, might be too heavy....)Bonus points for the cover having holes for the verticals so it lowers with the wood height, and nice loops for easy lifting when you do need to get a load to take it inside. Its simple and functional. Seems like a nice heaviweight PVC (?) type material, will see how it holds up to TX summer sun. (Grill covers tend to last us only a year to 18 months before starting to deteriorate so I don't expect more from this, although it won't have hot black metal underneath it magnifying the aging.I'm tickled pink about this, but very very sore from a day of splitting. No more typing. Ugh.
