I have ordered/purchased macadamia nuts from various venders over the years...I truly state that these are the best, freshest, and most bang for the buck value of allthe online purchases of macadamia nuts ever!They were firm and fresh... not stale at all... nice fresh taste. FYI... macadamia nuts are one ofthe healthiest nuts to consume. Yes, they are somewhat expensive relative to other nuts...however, this four-pound bag will last me for months... at approximately one ounce or so perserving. You don't need to eat them on a daily basis... three to four times per week should suffice.Enjoy!!!

I've purchased these nuts many times and never had any issues. It's a great deal if you a big bag. However, when I purchased in August 2024 (Lot 0424), many of the nuts were rancid. I contacted the supplier and they sent me a replacement bag, but that same bag came from the same lot, so those nuts were also bad. I'm hopeful that the next batch won't be an issue... sometimes you get a bad batch with nuts.

This is the second time I bought this. Great both times. It comes in very fresh. I prefer large lots of raw nuts. We dry roast them ourselves. 250 f in a convection oven for 99 minutes in a large bakiing pan, then just shut the oven off. Macadamias are extremely low in PUFAs so they don't get rancid like other nuts do. I eat a low PUFA diet as I found that after a year of doing so, I shifted my acceptable sun exposure time in Florida from 20 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. Most nuts are high in PUFA. But not macadamias.

These nuts are beautiful and good sized whole nuts. I roast them and grind them into nut butter. Omg....soooo good and way cheaper than buying already made nut butter.
