This is a great hoverboard - lots of fun for the whole family! I'd give it 5 stars, but we had some problems actually being able to use it. I ordered it in plenty of time for my son's birthday. But, it came damaged and missing the charging cord. It seems like we got someone's return. The seller was pretty quick at sending out a replacement after I sent a picture of the product. It came the day before we needed it. But, the second hoverboard did not have a charging cord with it either! It was unbelievable. When I contacted the seller again, they just said they were out of stock and we should order a generic one on Amazon and they would reimburse us. It was frustrating, but the look on my son's face when my husband rode out on it at his party was worth it. It rides smoothly, and even I can easily maneuver it!

I purchased two of the SURFUS 6.5" Waterproof Hoverboard with Buffing Shell UL 2272 Certified Self-Balancing Scooter with LED lights for my 7 year old grandson and granddaughter for Christmas. The hoverboards were delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. The instructions to charge the hoverboards were very clear.My grandchildren were riding the hoverboard within 5 minutes of getting on it! They LoVe the Hoverboards!!!!I am extremely pleased with hoverboards and I highly recommend this product!.

My kids are very happy with this brand. It is heavy duty..and heavy in weight. The only thing Im not loving is that it doesn't stay charged very long.

My son used it for a week and the battery damaged, would not charge again... very disappointed with the product. Nonetheless, Amazon came through with accepting the return.

When opening the package, it was cracked on both the top and bottom. It was supposed to come with a charger and did not. Quite disappointed. They did a refund however. That was nice.

I purchased the Surfus hover board for my grandson's 11th birthday. He takes it with him everywhere. He has 3 younger siblings that have put it through the test. It has held up very well. I am very pleased with the quality. I did as much research as I could before I decided to go with Surfus and I am glad that I did!

Works great, kids love it.

I love the size of this hover board. Perfect for my 10 year old. Charges quickly. Wish charge lasted a little longer.
