Works very well to seal off the wound to keep from getting infected. I bought mine for my hand. I had thumb surgery and these work really well plus you can put a piece of gauze under the bandage to hide the wound or apply medicine.

This is a great substitute for the more expensive Tegaderm brand covering. It works well and stays stuck to whatever you are covering.

I use these for my glucose monitor receiver and it protects them REALLY well.The receivers have always had a significant bump above the skin so the skin dressings always had a cutout for the device. The problem with this is that water can get under those and cause the adhesive to fail. With the new sensors being so thin, it just made sense to get a complete coverage dressing.I use these for about 10 days and they hold well and keep the water outThere might be some peeling if enough friction is out to the edges, but REALLY good choice for Dexcom secure placement!

I found that these do not last 7 days. Even fresh new the edges didn't stick very well.I will not be buying them again.
