Q: How long do they stay fresh if not refrigerated? I have a few unopened from last year that have been in my desk.

I would open those outside then. It would probably be stinky when you open them since they have been refrigerated

Q: What liquid is used to preserve these?

Not sure, but here is what I did... because I received the oysters a week before my event I placed them in the refrigerator to keep them from spoiling or getting a bad smell. No liquids were added. I simply place them in the refrigerator in their original package.

Q: Are they all different shades color and are the different?

The colors will random and different as photo shown, shape almost round and about 5-8 mm. You know, these are natural pearls.

Q: Is it 50 oysters or 50 pieces all together?

50 Oysters, all the Oysters are separate and in individual sealed plastic. Each Oyster has 1 pearl inside of it.
