Sadly, No More Mello-Yello
Welcome to the future where Coca-Cola and Pepsi Co are getting out of the soda business. Mello-Yello is officially discontinued, and Coca-Cola even recently announced that Tab would also be discontinued.Although I rarely drink soda pop anymore (the stuff is really awful for you, should not be a regular part of anyone's diet), it still is nice to have the one you want once a year or so just for nostalgia purposes. That being said, seeing so many common soda flavors being discontinued is disheartening and somewhat alarming.If anyone is curious, Mello-Yello was a tasty soda, packed a very sweet lemon-citrus punch without the unwelcome sharp stinging sensation associated with Sprite and 7-Up. Basically, Mello Yello tastes like carbonated Fruity Pebbles, if you can imagine that. It was my favorite soda, so I made sure to pick up a 12 pack online before the stuff became extinct. Now it will likely just sit in my basement refrigerator alongside Ecto-Coolers and Surge, serving as a solemn reminder that the things you like can permanently disappear at any given time fair warning.I was disappointed the seller didn't include the soda cans in the fridgemate pack, but my complaint was resolved. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP OFF - ONLY 12 CANS!
I guess I should have paid better attention to the questions asked when making this purchase. I thought I was getting 12 12-packs of Mello Yello, not just 12 cans. Who in the world would pay $3 a can for this?!?!?! Since I can’t return it, now I’m stuck with a $30 12-pack. My husband better drink this crap out of a gold-rimmed glass at this price. What. A. Rip-off!!!!!!

Rip off for the Mello that Turned me Yello
The way that ad is written makes it seem as if they are selling 12 / 12 pks of Mello Yello not just a 12 pk of the soda drink. I would suggest having a word with this distributor for false advertisement.
