I’ve been using MaryRuth’s supplement line for my kids for several months now, and I can confidently say these are some of the most kid-friendly products out there. Beyond the health benefits each product provides, the Omega gummies totally deserve five stars for their great taste and how easy it is to get my kids to take them!No more battles over vitamins—these are a hit in our home. We’re loving every product we’ve tried from this brand!

Super healthy gummy, but not the best taste. My daughter didn’t love it, but she is taking it.Update: after a month, she got used to it and asked for more.

First of all, if you haven’t tried Mary Ruth’s yet, it’s time! I know it probably seems trendy and tons of influencers on social media are talking about it but it’s because they really are great. I have used a lot of different things from them and love them all, but I especially love these omega threes for my toddler because they have dress improved the number of tantrums that she has. When I was postpartum and had postpartum anxiety, I started taking omega threes and they really helped me and so I thought maybe they will help her and it’s crazy how much your brain needs the omega threes and, think that these really really helped the tantrums! We will never be without a mega threes, and as soon as my other daughter turned to, I started her on them as well because you know how terrible twos can be.Both of my girls say that they taste great and they get so excited to have their gummy every day. I think it’s fun when vitamins are in gummy form because the kids are more eager to take them and it helps them remind me to give it to them, which is also a plus.

My 7-year-old likes the taste and smell, and they work well; biggest problem is how they stick together in the bottle and have to be pried out and apart (dosage is one gummy and I always end up having to use my fingers to unstick them from each other, which is not the most sanitary thing long term.) I wouldn’t give these to a kid who can’t chew well because they get hard as a rock overtime. And being gummies, brushing teeth immediately after is a must. But for getting Omega-3 into the diet without it being with a nasty fishoil taste or smell-yes, we’d buy again.

It’s difficult to review a supplement because obviously there is no way to test if the ingredients are as advertised. I give these to my 6 year old to help make up for deficiency in his diet. What I can tell you is that he is a super picky eater and he absolutely loves these and takes them without any issues.

My toddler didnt love the taste very much. Smells funky too. It’s hard to keep them in the right temperature so now they’re all stuck together. But at least is helping with his health, so im compromising.

I will never give my child anything other than this Omega 3. The only gummies that don't have an after taste, easy to take and they taste great. Only one gummy a day, highly recommend!
