Product arrived promptly and it has a nice glass jar
Product arrived promptly and it has a nice glass jar. Ours broke one evening during our beauty routine after nasty fall from the counter. It goes on smooth and worked well for my skin (I have normal skin). My daughter has ezcema and her skin broke out more within one week of use with big bumps. If you have non sensitive skin, this might work for you and calluses, just be ware that the odor isn't super pleasant, its a plant, and it smells earthy.

This product changed my life!!!
For the last five years of my life I have had debilitating psoriasis on the palms of my hands and fingers. I have it on my knees and elbows as well but that is not really bothersome. I am a nurse and provide medical care and comforting touch with my hands constantly. The psoriasis was (yes I said "was") unsightly, cracked, bled and peeled constantly, caused horrible pain, loss of fine motor ability and even limited sensation at times. In addition, it was embarrassing and I had to give up all of my hobbies (crafting, gardening, etc) because when I was home I spent all of my time trying to repair my hands so I could continue to work. Over the years I saw multiple Doctors and Dermatologist and spent a ton of money on both prescription and over the counter remedies, none of which offered much relief. A co-worker recommended that I try Neem so I bought some in it's pure form. I had very little success with it and the smell was so bad (think rotting garlic) that it literally made me nauseous. Next I tried a Neem lotion with citrus in it (to mask the smell I imagine) and it actually dried out my hands even more. I initially found the Neem Body Butter by Naked Organix (which is almost completely odorless) at my local Better Health and thought I would give Neem one more chance and boy am I glad I did. This combination of ingredients is like magic!! My psoriasis began to show significant improvement within a few days of use. It is several months later and the change in my skin is beyond amazing!!! I am no longer embarrassed, am pain free, have resumed many of the activities that I had to give up and can once again hold the hands of my patients and their families knowing that my touch will be comforting instead of feeling like sandpaper. However, you should know that this is not a cure. I do have to use the product regularly or I notice my skin starting to crack and peel all over again. But compared to everything that I have tried this is the most success I have had AND surprisingly, the least expensive product I have used. One jar lasts well over a month even though I apply it liberally multiple times a day, plus everyone else wants to try it out because they have seen the amazing results I've had! While I can't guarantee that everyone will have the same results, it's definitely worth the time and money to give it a try. For me, it's been life changing!

Good Moisturizer- Not So Good Odor
This is a good moisturizer - if you can get over the heavy odor of the coconut oil and beeswax. It did nothing for my psoriasis, though. This product feels gritty- not what I think of when I hear the word butter. I find it works best for me when I put a "dollop" in the palm of my hand and rub together until it "melts"- then applies smoothly.

Pharmaceutical in a jar
I read the reviews and decided to buy. I read the negative reviews as well. We don't mind the smell or consistency of the butter. It states in the title....it's a body butter. One should expect it to be thick. It feels like it's going to be heavy and oily but it quickly absorbs and turns to more of a lotion feeling. The smell is strong and reminds us of an organic peanut butter smell. It doesn't last for long, the smell subsides in about 20 minutes. If you wet one hand, take a dollop with your dry hand and put them together, you get more of a lotion consistency.I get horrible dry, cracked, bleeding skin and lips during the cold months, this butter is great! My husband gets occasional cold sores, puts the butter on it along with oral L-Lysine and it's gone within 2 days. I use it for my son's eczema, my daughter's brittle nails, you name it, it's a pharmaceutical in a jar.I personally think the price point is perfect. It does not take much of this to do it's job, we are a family of 5 and this jar will last us 6 months or longer. If you purchased this retail at a health food/vitamin store or at a place like The Body Shop in a mall, you'd pay much more, it's organic and cruelty free, they tack on an add'l $10 just for that.We will continue to buy.

Working great for my eczema and dermatitis
I am so glad I purchased this. I read a lot of the reviews and decided to try it out.I have eczema and dermatitis on my face, around my eyes and on my ears. I tried what the doctors have given me and some of it burns when I use it, not to mention the cost being high.I started by trying a bit of this on my ears and it soothed it immediately and really helps to keep it from itching. I then went ahead and tried it on my face and after that I braved it and put a little on my eyelids. This is so amazing, so soothing and has really kept the redness and flaking to a minimum. It has worked better for me than any of the prescriptions and I don't feel like I want to rip my skin off with the itching. Some people have mentioned they don't like the smell. I don't mind it. What they are smelling is the cocoa butter that is in it, so if that is something you don't care for, then you might not like it.The only thing I don't like about it is that it is a bit grainy, but that is not an issue, it blends in with a bit of work. That is the only thing that I would change about it.This butter has exceeded my expectations. If you have any skin issues it would certainly be worth giving it a try.

Couldn't get past the smell
They need to put essential oil or something. It was very moisturizing and made my skin smooth but I couldn't stomach how it smells and I definitely wouldn't want to rub on my body. I know neem is beneficial for a variety of skin problems so I guess if you're looking to treat extreme cases of dry skin and aren't interested in how it smells then by all means give it a try.

good neem, coconut butter for chicken pox scars
I used it to get rid of chicken pox spots. I am not sure if this did the trick or just given enough time they faded on their own.The buttery cream is great as a moisturizer. It does have lingering smell of neem that doesn't bother me but my wife hates it.One bottle lasts a long time and I recommended it my family member with eczema issues.
