Works just as expected. The size is a bit large but the nice cloth carrying sack and numerous plug adapters makes up for this in spades.

Purchased this for a trip to Ireland. We have a very small vornado fan that we were taking to provide air movement for sleep as many hotels don't have AC. We plugged it in and all seemed great! That lasted about 30 seconds and then the fan stopped. Unplugged it and plugged it back in and again got about 30 seconds of run time. Nothing wrong with the outlet, nothing wrong with the fan. So obviously something wrong with the converter. It will be going back as soon as we return.

I bought these to go backpacking through Europe and was so worried I would lose all the little pieces. I ended up only needing three and it comes with a bag you can put everything into which helped out so much! The main piece has some weight to it which I didn't think to add to my bag weight as I was ordering things, just weighed more than I thought, but it wasn't too bad.

This set provided all the pieces I needed for my trip to Europe, I used my hair dryer with it, and had no issue. Note that my hair dryer had a setting for European use, and instructed user to use low setting, which I did, no problem.
