I bought this FitBit Smart Watch as an upgrade to my previous FitBit which (after many years of great service) was no longer holding its battery charge. I appreciate the additional functionality, particularly relating to sleep quality and readiness for exercise. And the battery charge is excellent: even when making good use of the GPS when out exercising and other special features, it averages about 6 days per charge.But honestly my favourite feature is how quick and easy it is to switch out the strap! There are a plethora of wonderful options here on Amazon to choose from, most at very affordable prices. I've purchased a small selection including the sleek silver and bling option shown in the photo (which smartens my watch up for work / nights out) and a pack containing a range of different coloured to mix and match with any outfit. Switching the strap takes just seconds and means I can comfortably and confidently wear my FitBit whatever the occasion.If you're looking for a Smart Watch to support your health, fitness and wellbeing goals, which is also versatile to fit in with the rest of your life, this may be for you too!

Battery life depends on use

At first glance, this watch seems like a solid purchase — easy to set up, sleek design, and smooth performance. But that initial impression fades very quickly. After using it for over a year, I can confidently say: it’s just not worth your money.Within days, the so-called “premium” rim around the edge started peeling off, making the whole thing look cheap. Syncing with the app is an exercise in frustration — painfully slow, and more often than not, it just doesn’t work at all.The battery life? Abysmal. A few months in, and you’ll be lucky to get a full day out of it. But the real kicker is the charging process. It’s incredibly unreliable. You’ll feel the vibration and see the screen light up like it’s charging — only to come back later and find out it never charged at all. Of course, that ruins your daily stats, since you haven’t been wearing it.And if the watch is completely dead? Good luck. The charging issue gets even worse. I’ve lost count of how many days I’ve ended up not wearing it because I thought it was charging when it wasn’t.This product is poorly designed, unreliable, and frankly a waste of money. I won’t be buying it again — and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

Easy to use, looks great too. Had two versa 2 watches previously that broke after about 18 months so hoping for better. This has rest extra features - Alexa, more Excercises, voice calls. More intuitive, accurate, comfortable. Got my boyfriend a garmin vicoactive for Christmas and I bought this for me after. He prefers this (but it’s too late!) as it’s simpler and has more features than just detailed health stats such as the calorie deficit and food planner management which is included.

After 4 months of using this watch I have noticed a few things. I love the battery life! Only have to charge it once a week. I really enjoy the sleep monitoring and fitness tracking capability. One thing I miss, having switched from a Samsung smart watch, is the ability to personalise the watch, like having a photo as your watch face or having apps like WhatsApp. As that is my only issue with it ,but I knew that before purchasing, I'm overall very happy.

My second Sense 2. I've been using Fitbit for the last 9 years. Different watches. Sense 2 is great for me because I do pilates. Helps me to keep an eye on my anxiety attacks too. Loads better than any cheap watch which I had once when one broke.
