Tense 3 Window Dial Two-Tone Walnut Maple Wood Watch J8302WM LF

Ordered a watch for a birthday in August and it stopped working in January. Called company for warranty repair and you have to pay to send it to them and pay to have it sent back after the repair and if it's a battery pay for battery replacement. It's going to cost just as much to sent it back then to get a new watch. I reached out to seller but they won't do anything to back up something they sold. They said so sorry contact manufacturer. Big help they are. Won't use them or buy another Tense watch again.

Tense 3 window arrived last Sunday, it came with a tool to adjust the wrist band, very nice, the watch runs and looks great, the two tone look has garnered several complements. It has taken a bit of getting used to the weight, many of my watches are heavy and this is very light. I can't wait for the skin oils to mellow the finish of the wood.
