Really easy to install and a good size brought for my sons gaming room and was a noticeable difference in the amount of noise coming from room I am very tempted to buy more packs and do the whole room then I would never hear him screaming and shouting at the games lol or playing his guitar worth the money

I haven’t tried these out yet so cannot advise to the productivity of the soundproofing, I do like how they are sealed in the vacuumed bags though so that they don’t take up much room whilst waiting to apply them to the walls etc. Although be advised you will need to purchase your own adhesive.
