I use this after applying gnarly joe moisturiser, it soaks into my skin nicely overnight and my complexion appears fresh in the morning.... fine lines are diminished and this product although a little expensive feels nice on the skin.... not sticky or greasy, unfortunately like a daft lad I didn’t fasten the lid on correctly and I knocked the bottle over one day, luckily for me I purchased 2 bottles so I still have plenty.... only a few drops required nightly and plenty in the bottle

This product is amazing . Really makes a difference when skin is concerned . I got lots of compliments on my skin since I am using prickly pear oil. The smell is a bit particular but it does not stay longer than a minute . I also love the fact that this company is supporting a sustainable practice .

I use this oil after using the rose water and the vitamin c with hyaluronic acid serum. I use about 5 drops for my whole face and this sinks in quickly. I like how my skin feels afterwards as it can feel tight sometimes as I am in my 50s. I can apply make up on top of the oil as it doesn’t leave a sticky residue.

Also known as prickly pear. Massive restorative properties, by virtue of its vitamin E content (higher than argan oil according to recent reports). Liked it.Added my own gentle essential oil to it (just 2 drops) as it took me a while to get used to the smell. I'd rather have a natural, raw product that slightly honks, than a perfumed synthetic one any day. So Poppy Austin delivers on that promise. Don't let the smell put you off. Argan kind of woofs too, but you get used to it. Besides - the results are powerful enough to sidestep such a small inconvenience.This oil blends really well with cold pressed avocado oil if you fancy making your own supersonic facial oil (or argan oil and rosehip seed oil if you're watching the comedogenic rating I guess)

Ok, so I've been using this for about three weeks now I'm a 47 year old lady with peri menopausal skin.I use Poppy Austin, Vit C and the Mask (and another two but can't think of the names)The consistency is quit thick and I'm not s fan of the smell (bit like kitchen oil) but wow my skin, just glows each time i use this morning and night. It sinks it so well to say it's slightly thicker than some serums I've used. Yes it's expensive, but you need so little.I'm praying it comes back in stock.

I did buy this oil beginning of this year, together with some other products from Poppy Austin. I quite like the company, they are fair trade and produce organic high quality products.This oil is packaged in blue glass and has a dropper. It is 30ml and relatively expensive. As a comparison, Rosehip oil is twice the size for half the price (so, 4 times more expensive). It smells like a cooking oil and colour is quite similar to cooking oil. I did not like the smell but it is not overpowering.Anyway, I found it to be a great moisturiser (I am in my 40s, dry skin, some hyper pigmentation and redness, no acne) after putting it on my face before bed. I didn't suffer any dryness this winter, so that is a big plus. However, this is not the first time I am using facial oils and I am sort of used their moisturising properties - jojoba, hemp and rosehip are the kinds I have tried and all of them perform more or less similar for me. This oil didn't do anything else on top of that. Rosehip oil from the same company was much better in that respect, it reduced redness significantly...We are all different, I tried to explain what my skin type is so that you can try to imagine how it would work for you.From my perspective, I won't be repurchasing, it really doesn't have that wow factor that would entice me to spend 4 times more then for rosehip one.

I have extremely sensitive skin, prone to eczema and try areas. I have been using this product for almost a month now........And I absolutely love it!! It feels rich and luxurious when applied but considering this, doesn't feel oily and heavy for ages afterwards!! One of the best products I have purchased for a long time, and I buy quite a few!! You need to carefully read and decide what works on your face and what not as everyone's skin is different. I would advise you to read all reviews especially negative as it might contain clues as to why it might not work for you. I bought it mainly for under eye circles. After using it for a couple of weeks I can tell you it has done very little to none and the worst thing is it has caused my upper cheekbones to be extra sensitive. It feels as my face is swollen and there is this sensation under my eyes and I can see redness spreading on other areas on the face. I had high hopes from it as it is pricey and claims so much. Is it pure? I am not sure. It didn't work for me.

a force de lire des articles sur l'huile de figues de barbarie , j'ai voulu tester !! j'ai cherché sur amazon et finalement j'ai choisi de commander un flacon d'huile de graines de figues de barbarie de Poppy austin : cette huile pour moi n'a pas d'odeur désagréable au contraire , elle est assez dense, j'en met le soir quelques gouttes et je fais pénétrer sur tout le visage, elle ne laisse aucun film gras, le matin j'en remet quelques gouttes et par dessus ma crème solaire teintée , : le résultat commence a se voir enfin moi je le vois !! au bout de 15 jrs le matin ma peau est plus dense et rebondie, j'ai 70 ans je connais bien mon visage et j'ai bien remarqué plus de densité ce qui atténue certaines ridules au niveau des joues et autour de la bouche, bon résultat aussi autour des yeux, sincèrement je vais laisser tomber mes crèmes , le soir je ne met que l'huile et le matin huile plus crème teintée , parce que le résultat est le meilleur que j'ai jamais eu , je signale aussi que longtemps j'ai utilisé un sérum d'une grande marque américaine le plus connu à 90 euros le petit flacon !! je n'ai pas eu cet effet de peau plus dense, pores ressérés, une vraie amélioration ! j'ai enfin trouvé un produit qui améliore vraiment l'aspect de la peau !!c'est tellement rare après des années de publicités quasi mensongères pour nous faire acheter des produits et crèmes justes hydratantes a des prix exorbitants !!! je confirme l'efficacité de l'huile de figues de barbarie

Uso da pochi giorni questo olio e da subito ho avvertito il suo forte effetto setificante, perché ha una consistenza finissima, si assorbe velocemente e ammorbidisce al massimo la pelle. Inoltre è evidente la sua azione rassodante, e riesce anche a riempire le zone del viso dove sono i solchi delle rughe di espressione. Oltre ad avere un ottimo effetto idratante, è in grado perfino di non ungere troppo le zone più grasse, come quelle delle pelli miste, infatti lascia i pori ristretti e l'aspetto generale compatto e riposato. Si tratta dunque decisamente di uno dei rari oli cosmetici di qualità veramente altissima, a cui affidarsi per ringiovanire la propria pelle. Consegna nei tempi previsti, lo ricomprerò sicuramente perché è un prodotto serio e valido.

Ich habe dieses Öl am 15.03.2016 gekauft für € 54,49 . Der Preis ist jetzt noch günstiger, statt € 86,49 kostet 51,49 .Kaktusfeigenkernöl habe ich 1 Jahr vorher entdeckt und die erste Flasche Opuntia Öl von Argandia gekauft. Dieses Öl war auch 5 Sterne Wert, aber im Verhältniss teuerer, 15 ml kostet € 48,45. Warum aber die nächste Flasche von Poppy Austin bestellt habe? Der Preis war schon beeindruckend, aber der richtige Grund war, daß die Flasche eine Pipette hat. Die Flasche ist aus Glas und wie auf dem Bild, dunkelblau, mit eine Pipette. Genau, wie abgebildet. Mit der Pipette kann man präzise und sauber dosieren.Ich bin 50 Jahre alt mit eine grossporige, fettige Haut. Ich lege schon große Wert auf meine Hautpflege. Seit 13 Jahre kaufe ich Gesichtsprodukte ohne Konservierungsstoffe, Parabene, Erdöl und Parfüm. ...und schön langsam bin ich auf Gesichtsöle gestossen. Die Beschreibung ist vielversprechend, darf man es nicht wortwörtlich nehmen, es gibt keine Wundermittel. Zum Beispiel: bekämpft übermäßige Pigmentierung und Altersflecken... Das würde ich nicht bestätigen, weil ich es selber habe und dagegen muss mann schon in der Apotheke einkaufen.Ich benutze noch von P.A. Arganöl und von anderen Anbieter Moringa Öl dazu. Nur am Abend benutze ich sie, Tagsüber nehme ich etwas leichteres. Das Öl muss man immer mit Feuchtigkeitsspende auftragen, besonders bei grossporige, fettige Haut, sonst werden von das pure Öl die Poren noch größer. Ich trage zuerst etwas Hyaluronsäure mit Aloe Vera Gel auf und dann mische ich von der drei Öle paar Tropfen und massiere ich richtig ein auf das Gesicht ( Augenpartie, Stirn, Mund), Hals und Dekolletté. Danach noch etwas Augencreme und evtl. Feuchtigkeitscreme. Meine Haut ist wirklich samtweich, die Poren sind etwas kleiner geworden und habe ich eine viel sauberes Hautbild. Meine Kosmetikerin ist begeistert in den letzten Monaten von mein Hautbild. Sicher werde ich nie wie ein 25 jährige von der Öle aussehen, aber etwas jünger aussehen und die Alter mit paar Jahre herausschieben geht locker.Zusammenfassung: Tolles Produkt, sehr gute Qualität, für 51,49 / 30 ml guter Preis und faire Anbieter. Fette 5 Sterne.ABER- gibt leider etwas kleinigkeit, was mich geärgert hat. Die nette Beraterin am ende war ganz ratlos und wir beide ganz enttäuscht. Ich habe 3 Produkten gekauft ohne diese Rabatte. Trotzdem werde ich das Öl auch ein drittes mal kaufen...

Je n'ai pas assez de recul pour juger de son effet anti-rides mais j'ai remarqué une chose: quand je l'applique le soir je me réveille avec une belle peau.Si j'avais quelques boutons la veille, ils ont disparu au réveil et mon teint est frais.Elle pénètre bien et j'aime beaucoup la pipette, c'est pratique.Par contre j'ai les joues un peu sèches et elle ne les hydrate pas assez.Bon produit donc mais pas assez hydratant si on a la peau sèche.
