RubbishWrap Outdoor Garbage Enclosure - Trash Bin Shed Storage - Hides One Bin

I purchased the triple unit. It came with a 2 yr. guarantee. One of the door hinges broke and we spoke to the owner about getting a new gate door. We even offered to pay for it not realizing it was under warranty. He wanted pictures, we sent pictures. We have tried contacting him repeatedly but he does not answer or reply. I don't know what the problem is since we offered to pay for it. We purchased ours through Wayfair as Amazon did not have them at that time. You think you are dealing with a regular business, but you are actually dealing with one man at his home in Vernon, Conn.. Wayfair has even offered to pay for the gate and still can't get a response from him. It is a beautiful unit, but you better not ever need new parts.
