Q: Does the floral dress comfy to wear?

Yes, the material more soft and breathable,super cozy to wear, and the dress looks flattering and pretty.

Q: Will it fade after washing?

I washed it yesterday, I have observed it and it does not fade and does not shrink. However you'll just have to try it.

Q: How about the quality of the flowy dress?

Looks and feels like fast-fashion material to me. Returning it even though I got it half price on a lightning deal.

Q: Is this a true wrap dress or just appearance of wrap style? Basically, is it held closed only by a string tie?

No. It only has the appearance of a wrap dress. The top is held together with a small snap. I originally bought a large and had to exchange for XL because the snap would not stay closed. It still popped open sometimes on the XL.
