It was a little tricky scrapping the yogurt without the dish sliding about but it was fairly successful.It makes for a different way of serving low fat yogurt or creating new flavours of ice cream, but you do need to be prepared in advance due to the 24 hour wait with the dish in the freezer.

Cool little ice dessert maker.It is not quite frozen, more of slushy-ish.Been trying on milk ( + sugar ), works better with yogurt ( more creamy structure )Not quite rolled ice cream, but a chilled icy dessert.£10 is a more reasonable price for an "icy" plate.
