Dear team,The product which I ordered was wrong location & I updated new addres & mobile s through the call center(before product dispatch). I received the confirmation mail from Amazon. Then also I received the item in old place & even they called me on that old number. Am much more dissatisfied through that.....

للأسف توقّف عن العمل بعد فترة قصيرة
اشتريت هذا الجهاز من HP معتقدًا أنه سيكون اختيارًا موثوقًا، لكن للأسف توقّف عن العمل بعد فترة قصيرة من الاستخدام، دون أي مؤشرات أو سبب واضح. لم أقم بتثبيت برامج مشبوهة أو استخدامه بشكل خاطئ، ورغم ذلك واجهت مشكلة خطيرة في النظام (شاشة الموت الزرقاء - Critical Process Died)، وبعدها لم يعد الجهاز يعمل على الإطلاق.أتمنى من HP تحسين جودة الفحص النهائي قبل طرح الأجهزة في السوق، وأرجو من خدمة العملاء التواصل لحل هذه المشكلة
