Best Macadamia oil there is
Best Macadamia oil there is! Great texture and nutty smell. Yummy. But - full disclosure - I don't use it as a culinary oil. I bet it's tasty though. But I use it as a skin and hair oil and it's fantastic.I would never use cosmetic grade oil (of any kind) for skin or hair because they're more processed to make the oils consistently uniform. I've tried cosmetic grade macadamia oil in the past and it was nothing like this one. The texture was all wrong and it didn't smell of anything and it wasn't as effective either. This oil however is velvety. It smells wonderful. It's better value for money than cosmetic grade oils. And it works wonders for your skin if you've got dry or sensitive skin. I've got psoriasis and this is the best treatment for me... For general moisturising, hair & scalp treatments (if you got a dry scalp, dandruff, dry hair - washes out easily), facial oil (with essential oils), stretch marks or scars, and if I have a psoriasis breakout then it's the best emergency treatment too. It takes care of everything. It' sinks into your skin nicely, leaves it nice and soft and if you use it for your hair it washes out easily leaving your hair wonderfully soft!I've tried a lot in my personal quest trying to care for my dry psoriasis ridden skin and I've found that food grade oils are superior to many expensive creams and lotions and much, much better than cosmetic grade oils (those are overpriced) because food grade oils are much more rigorously regulated. I mean if it wasn't a quality oil it would taste good and why would then pay good money for it.I say if it's good enough to eat then it's good enough for your skin too.

Healthy choice!
This oil has got high smoke temperature (230-240 deg C) so it can be safely used for frying.Avocado oil has even higher smoke temperature (260 - 270 deg C) but it changes the taste, while macadamianut oil is neutral and in fact it brings natural taste to life. Macadamia nut oil offers great protection against stroke and it helps with maintaining correct sugar level. This particular product offers exceptional quality, it is reassuringly expensive comparing to sunflower, rapeseed and vegetable oil, but it is far superior from health benefits point of view.

A Very Healthy Nut Oil to Add to your Store-Cupboard.
I came across Olivado Macadamia Nut Oil when I was looking for something slightly out of the ordinary. I wanted a nut oil that could be used in many different ways and this delicious, healthy oil certainly fits the bill. It has a very subtle taste, it isn't overpowering so you can use it in your baking or add it when making omelettes and stir-fries or simply pour a little onto your salads. Macadamia Nut Oil contains one of the highest levels of mono-unsaturated fat you could find in any oil. This means you are making sure your diet is nutritional and balanced. You know you're giving your family and yourself a healthy oil when you serve Olivado Macadamia Nut Oil.

One of my favourite oils
I am avoiding unstable, polyunsaturated oils high in omega-6 fatty acids (eg. sunflower oil, corn oil, rape seed oil etc.), as they can be pro-inflammatory. This is part of my 'FuturApproved' anti-aging diet. Future Proof Your Skin.: Slow down your biological clock by changing the way you eat.Instead, for cold dishes I love extra-virgin olive oil, which is high in health-promoting monounsaturated oils (forget the low-fat brainwashing of the past 30 years! Our body needs good fats!), plus antioxidant polyphenols. However, unfortunately olive oil is not particularly heat stable, so not ideal for cooking. This Macadamia nut oil is more heat stable, while still containing highly beneficial fatty acids. So for cooking I tend to use this Macadamia nut oil (or coconut oil, which is rich in medium chain fatty acids, ie. also heat stable and very skin- & longevity-friendly, but my husband is not keen on the coconutty taste...).Can highly recommend this - 100% FuturApproved!

KETO PERFECT
Fab. You only need a tiny bit so don’t get hung up on the size of the bottle. Perfect for stir frying salmon and veggies. Or higher heat frying. No string flavours.

Lovely flavour and great for high heat cooking
A bit pricey but worth the money. It's a very light oil and does have a high smoke point. Something I'm conscious off as we have a very sensitive smoke detector in our kitchen. But more importantly, assuming all the health benefits are true, the taste is lovely. It's a slightly sweet nutty tastes that's great for pan-searing fish and stir-fries. Although I probably would stick to olive oil for roasts.
