Seems as good as name brand

This is the same active ingredients as the brand name product. It may have more Guaifenesin (200mg) than some of the other options (I see 100mg on a previous generic).It seems to be cheaper on a per dose price, although only marginally. My local store has a similar cost per dose, but this can be a good "can't leave the house" alternative.Overall I have no complaints about this product. Giving 5 out of 5 stars

Great price and works well. Not as well as my usual preferred brands, but perfect for the end or beginning of a cold.

Decent sinus and congestion medication that works to relieve sinus pressure and headache as well as chest tightness. It does a good job to reduce fever and make you feel better. The caplets are easy to swallow with some water. I feel that this medication is as good as others in the similar category. If you are feeling under the weather with sinus and congestion issues, give these caplets a try.

Works well as pain relief! The sinus decongestant has never really worked on me, and I've tried a bunch of those. But the acetametaphine in here is just as effectful as expected.
