The best gluten free salt droppe.Nothing like salt licorice.

I ordered this thinking it was gonna be salt licorice. I had some once in Denmark that was sweet licorice covered in salt and I LOVED it. Based on the photos, I thought this was the same thing. Nope! That's granuslated sugar on the outside. I'm really enjoying them but their not salt licorice at all. They're soft and chewy but not to the point of pulling the fillings out of my teeth.To those who gag at the taste salt licorice--I did too the first time I tried it in Denmark. But there was something about it that I liked, I guess, because would nibble on it a little every once in awhile. Now I really ike it. I just wish I knew the brand name of that idea version.

You either love licorice or you hate it, and I am one of the fortunate who love it. These have a very strong licorice taste that might not be for the faint of heart. They are the perfect one-bite size. I love that they are coated in sugar, providing not only a little added sweetness, but a more satisfying surface texture. I have enjoyed this brand before and they have always been very soft, with a gumdrop like consistency. This order was somewhat tougher than I am used to - maybe a freshness issue, so I had to remove a couple of stars. But the flavor, was all there.

Me being Dutch I feel the sensation in every bite!! I Have loved licorice since I was a little kid and I still do!! I love all licorice, especially Dutch, but also enjoy made by any other country. The price is more expensive than local, but it’s okay from time to time!

These are one of my favorites . They are soft chewable and just salty enough . Good price will buy again
