The very first Derma roller I've ever bought and used was from a brand called BANISH and it cost me over $!00 for a whole kit. So, when the roller became dull I decided to look for a cheaper alternative and well this had a pretty decent rating and plenty of good reviews for its price. That's how I came across to buying this and well I have used this twice in one week and it does the job. It was no better nor was it worst than the more expensive one I had. But I can't truly say if it works or not because the results you get from "at home" derma rolling will always take longer than if you were to go to a dermatologist. I've been using derma rollers for over a year and I can say that it has "helped" fade away dark spots caused by my teenage acne phase and has significantly made by acne scars a little less noticeable. But keep in mind that I was also using serums like vitamin E & C, alongside hyaluronic acid, and many other skin care products. Derma rolling is not a 100% guarantee so please keep that in mind and also do your own research PLEASE before trying something like this. There is nothing in this world that will 100% guarantee do what you WANT it to do, specially not something that cost less than $20. However, if you are like me and have seen some sort of improvement and feels somewhat convinced that it has done more help than harm, then this is a nice cheap alternative to the others being advertised all over the internet. In other words it does well for its price.

DO IT!!!! BUY IT!!! Phenomenal improvement to skin on my face. With consistent twice a week use fine lines are slowly diminishing and scars are almost not apparent. Furrowed lines inbetween eyebrow reduced significantly. My cystic nodules of acne that have been on my face at least 2 to 3 years utilizing all pharmaceutical creams HAVE NOT done anything!!! This tool has slowly broken down those cystic nodules underneath my skin without bleeding or days of endless redness and scaling of skin. I used every prescription medicine that was supposed to fix this problem. Does it hurt when you first use it ? yeah? kind of but absolutely worth it. I’ve tried every topical written a prescription to over-the-counter nothing beats this tool. As a regional make up artist in the Northeast for a large large company for the last 27 years I can tell you that this product and tool is one of the best. I have studied this topic and really researched for this tool as an at home remedy after a series of great frustrations with a reputable dermatologist. If you have a very sensitive skin or infected acne I would recommend you seek the advice of your dermatologist before trying this at home. If you have rosacea I would also work with your dermatologist and receive a medical opinion before purchasing this tool. The success of this tool is not overnight again I repeat consistency and following all directions from experienced resources as well as the instructions included with the tool.

....First: This is my very first experience with a derma roller. After it was received I went on Youtube and watched a woman around my age (71 but I think she was 60 something) explain how to use it. The video was long but worth it. The younger woman did it quick and in a hurry. I followed the older woman's suggestions, i.e. took my time, made sure to clean it in alcohol, go over no more than 4 times in the 4 directions, reddening is normal but will disappear (it did), and follow with a hyaluronic as well as vitamin C serums. I did it on a Friday night because I had no where to go and need not be worried about my reddened face. I did my neck area as well and the area I cannot spell...the area around the cleavage. Anyway, I was pleased. It did not "hurt". Mine is a .25 model.....a good starter roller for me. The crazy thing was that on Sunday I felt no need to wear make up to church. My skin, to me, looked a whole lot brighter and healthier. I will do it once a week just as she suggested.

I know the struggle is real when it comes it comes to acne and so I wanted to wait about a month of using this to see whether or not it made a difference....now let me say there was a huge difference!! I get the occasional pimple and it always seems to leave a scar behind which never goes away and so I was really counting on this to work. After using this product at least 5 times a week, once a day, for the past month, I noticed that some of my post acne marks either completely disappeared or for the most part faded away. If you roll gently there is no pain. I recommend rolling in one direction and then lifting the roller and rolling in a different direction on the same spot. Anyways I highly recommend this product and in my honest and personal experience I have seen improvement. I do have pictures to prove this but I don't want to gross people out so I'm holding back but trust me when I say this will be a great investment for yourself.

I love this Derma Roller, the design is great, the colors used make it look clean and professional. When you open the product every part is properly sealed to ensure they are sterile and ready to use, exactly how you get syringes in the pharmacy. Each accessory is perfect to complement the product except for the storage case.The storage case does not closes firmly and the Derma Roller could get damaged by accident. It is kind of loose when you close it so it is very easy to open by itself if you have it in a bag or a drawer with other beauty tools if you don't wrap it with let's say a rubber band or something similar.I do recommend the product, I would buy it as a gift for some family members it is just the Storage Case that needs some work done.
