The Allturn Welder was great. It was extremely useful when doing the welding job on my car bumper. It was easy-to-use and maintained the heat needed for the work being done.

I picked up this kit to help repair the dashboard in my pickup (I removed it first and repaired from the underside). It did great with the original intention. However, since then I've found a few surprisingly good uses. With the included metal mesh I was able to repair the head on my yard trimmer that I wore holes in (new ones are over $30). Several weeks later it's holding up great. I also found this works great to repair a drain pan. In this kit you'll get the iron part with (4) heads, two of which have a slender shape and have a hole straight through to feed the included rod aggregate. You'll also get several colors of patch sticks and filler rod sticks, wire mesh sand paper, and even a couple pieces of foil tape. I can see myself using this tool for years instead of buying new bits to replace tiny worn out pieces of just about anything. I can't wait to find the next use.

I used this welder twice on small plastic projects. On the second project it quit heating up. The light turns on but it doesnt heat up. Nice kit but the actual plastic welder quit after less than a hr of being used.

i used this product to repair a crack in my fishing kayak. relatively easy to use. I like the included mesh. I wish the kit contained a few more pieces of hdpe, but it had more than enough for the repair I needed to make today

Worked well on my kayak for repair. Water tight. Not the prettiest job I have ever done but for the price of this kit you can’t beat the results.

This was a great addition to the plastic stapler I purchased a few months ago. It came with two of each of the two heads. Sit and finish of the heads could use some cleaning up I filed them down and buffed them smooth however they do make it a lot easier smoothing out larger areas. The head takes a little while to heat up and when it does it gets HOT! It takes a little practice and has a bit of a learning curve. You need to move quickly and don't keep it in one spot too long, or it will melt the piece you are repairing as well.

Great product works like a champ had no issues with it. It’s super hot so wear gloves while using this tool. And tomorrow I will find out if I’m going to give the 4 stars. I’ll take out on the after tomorrow. Thank you recommending if you don’t want to goto harbor freight and pick up in person for 20 bucks you got it with this one.

Purchased to repair a cracked gas tank on a discontinued Stihl backpack leaf blower. My son, who is a mechanical engineer wanted to do the repair. He was so impressed by this welding iron that he wanted one too, so I ordered a second one for him for Christmas. I'm sure it will come in handy for future projects!
