There's not a lot to these that you can't see in the description/pictures. No loose or missed stitches, and the poly fabric is tough but feels a bit more like cotton. It's not just simple nylon webbing, and grips well.They should probably include a basic diagram of how you're supposed to use these as it's not entirely intuitive coming from traditional straps. You don't grip over any of it; the strap should loop the bar to the outside of your hands. It's very easy to do and is an extremely stable grip. Setup is fast vs. traditional straps and is more consistent without any fussing.Potential downsides are less grip work vs. doing a single wrap of traditional straps, and some side loading of your wrists. It hasn't bothered me, but I wouldn't be surprised if some people didn't like it.

I’m not often a fan of straps because I’d rather work my grip harder when lifting. However, there are times when it becomes necessary for one reason or another. I’ve always used standard straps over the figure 8 so it was nice to make a change. The size I got seems a bit large for me which is surprising because I’m always in the largest sizes of these sort of items complaining it’s too small. Nonetheless they work beautifully. They’re comfortable to wear and pull with, they feel as though they can hold a serious amount of weight, and give an overall quality feel. I’m glad I picked a pair up because it’s an additional tool now available to me.
