High quality solid wood. Excellent customer service. There was a chip in the first one we received and they sent out a replacement quickly. Assembly instructions were clear. My 3 year old loves it. All the included balls are perfect size for the hoop and added bonus.

instructions were awful, couldn't figure out how to put it together and ended up putting the hoop on the wrong way. it's a total bust and waste of $100. if i could go back in time and never order this product, i would but it's too late so the least i could do is warn the next person

Overall solid product, I bought the mini basketball hoop, everything was packaged well so it wouldn’t get damaged, and there were instructions in the box to help setup! I’d much rather purchase from these guys again than buy one of the plastic ones I remember from when I was a kid!

Product was exactly what we needed. Easy to install and take down when it needs to be out of the way. Good build quality and great customer service.The kids love it.

The product is true to what’s shown for marketing. The wood could have been a little more durable, but still good nonetheless. Wouldn’t plan on dunking with this hoop via door mount or wall mount as it’s just not sturdy enough for that. Shooting hoops for sure though!

This 66 yr old granny installed the basket ball hoop by myself on a wall in our game room and all 5 of our grandkids are having a blast with it! The installation directions are very good, the quality of the product is too. I had to contact the seller because the net was missing and they sent me a net within a couple days. Fantastic customer service!

Bought this a week ago and came in fast! though without thinking none of, I realized the breakaway springs are completely different than the pictures posted on here, it pretty much looks like a little mouse trap..the product itself feels durable but the wood itself is starting to bow outwards.. only giving it 3 stars because besides those issues, the backboard and rim dont make such a loud sound compared to typical mini hoops, which makes this a fun hoop without annoying others
