Purchased these ladders to replace old ones. Absolutely brilliant, tall enough for all those awkward jobs & with safety rails a real bonus. The Fold down tray at the top is genius & saves you having to go up & down all the time. Easy enough to assemble & folds up for minimal storage. Well made & sturdy with no wobble so couldn't be happier. 5* product.

This item took a few weeks to arrive, but when it did arrived it came well packaged , it come almost complete you only have to add side hand rails and top part with tray, securing the bolts to handrails are tricky but it's just a matter of manoeuvring them into place, once done they make the ladder very sturdy, you may need another person to hold them as you attach them ,wider steps make going up and down a lot easier and the centre locking system , that clicks into place is perfect, good safty ladder well priced so I am happy to recommend this item.

Overall this is a solid ladder and a good purchase. It was easy to setup out of the box. However, one of the handle grips was ripped, as shown in photo, perhaps due to excessive use of sellotape wrapping. Given the size and hassle of returning the whole ladder, I decided to live with it.

I don’t like step ladders but I love these, felt really safe on them even on the top step. Wide steps so no wobbling, not too heavy, no rocking, useful tool shelf. Easy to open and close, strongly recommend.

Strong sturdy ladder, with nice big steps and side bars.Making you feel very safe .Had in black very pleased with this item .

Used for DIY, felt safe, hand rails great addition and some where to put your pot of paint when cutting in. You can only balance a roller tray on it as you do have to hold it but still helpful. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend.
