Perfect size for in and around the house use
This is a great ladder for someone like me who is vertically challenged. It doesn't weigh much so it is easy to maneuver. It folds up and takes little space The handles make it safer to climb up and down. It is very handy in the kitchen. It's perfect for changing light bulbs, cleaning ceiling fans, and putting decorations on a nine foot Christmas tree. It's easy to put together. Great quality as well.

Easy operation and quite sturdy
My wife wanted this ladder due to the side rails. It gives her better stability when using the ladder. It is very easy to set up and quite stable. My wife feels safer and much more steady using this ladder rather than using a regular ladder. I feel it Is a good value for the price.

5 step ladder with handrails and paint tray
As described — great sturdy and heavy duty ladder — nice wide steps — love the long hand rails—5 steps high - easy to paint with -can reach everything I need — came with top paint tray shelf —which folds up easy to close the ladder—This ladder is easy to put together. Just put the handle bars on -and add the top paint tray — the rest is all together came in a tall box - and. Just open the ladder and your ready to go -Very sturdy — good price — love it

Great Ladder
Purchased this ladder for my bedroom closet. It is better than the one I had in that it is taller, however it is not as deep as my previous ladder, so the steps are more shallow. I will have to be cautious in that I am 69 and it would be easy to slip off the step. I can certainly get up as high as I need to. The side bars are a great convenience and safety feature. It is very well made. The reason I gave it 4 stars was bc of the lack of depth in the steps. Otherwise great ladder!

GREAT LADDER!
Love this ladder! It is very solid and safe. I'm 73 and painting my kitchen cabinets. Don't want to take the chance of falling. It feels comfortable and makes the work easier. Highly recommend.

Good product for home use
We live in a condo and needed a ladder tall enough to access the attic. This one works perfectly. The weight is very manageable and the ladder is quite stable. It opens and closes easily and the hand rails provide a bit of an extra safety. Assembly was easy with no tools needed except as supplied. The only admonition would be to use the correct screw lengths is each location. It saves a bit of rework. The ladder is fine for home use. It is not as sturdy as a more commercial ladder but it also weights a lot less and is still stable.

A good secure ladder with side rails that really help with balance.
Very good safety ladder. I bought this because I wanted a ladder that would be safer for me to climb on. The rails on the side give me exactly the sense of security I need. My son came to do some work on my shower the week after this was delivered and he also liked it very much. He is a lot heavier than I am and the ladder was very secure.I would tell anyone that it’s a good ladder and the side rails make it very secure.I should mention that I am eighty-four and have high cabinets.

Stable, solid and portable
I live in a 100+ year old house with 9 foot ceilings, and have always felt a little unsteady getting on a step stool to change lightbulbs and such. I do have an aluminum folding ladder that I have carted up and down 3 floors, but its awkward and heavy (35+ pounds), and there is nothing to stabilize you on the upper steps. Also, the rungs are only about 2 inches wide, so very wearying on your feet if you are doing a project that takes longer than a couple minutes. I saw a youtuber recommend this for its stability, and for its side rails and top bar. Bingo...exactly what I needed. The old ladder is heading out to the detached garage. It is well made, light enough to carry up and down between floors, and I love the deep, non-slip steps and work tray features. I originally thought I might not need the hand rails. (You don't have to put them on.) But the hand rails really do help me feel secure going up and down and I can hold onto or lean against the top rail for my ceiling projects and not feel like I'm about to topple over. The hand rails and upper bar are also foam padded which helps grip and comfort.I would recommend this to anyone who feels unsteady on a regular ladder or step stool. Also anyone aging in place as balance becomes an issue. If you have 8 foot ceilings, you would probably only need the 4 step version, and that would make it even lighter to carry around.
