Clairol Nice'n Easy Crème, Natural Looking Oil Infused Permanent Hair Dye, 6G Light Golden Brown, 1 Count (Pack of 1)

Ive been using Nice and Easy for 25 years and never had a problem. I started going to a top salon for a couple of years as I thought I deserved it but was never as happy as when I did it myself as the colours never blended as well and I still do not understand why it takes 20 mins at home at a cost of £5 and 3 hours and over a £100 in a salon. Why would you?

I bought the light ash brown. I’ve been looking for a hair dye to make my hair go it’s natural colour for years. Some are way too dark and all, seem to leave it with red or orange undertones that clearly show it’s dyed. I have medium brown hair naturally. Then I tried this. It’s fantastic! Easy to apply, doesn’t stain your head and my hair looks like it did before I ever started dying it, not artificially coloured at all. It’s covered my greys and has no red/orange undertones at all. Even an expensive hair salon I used were unable to do this. It’s just a normal natural brown. One thing to note though, I used the light ash brown which went to my desired colour of a nice medium brown, I wouldn’t want it any darker. Therefore I think these dyes do come out darker than expected so I’d try light ash before the medium ash if unsure. My hair was left in silky condition afterwards. Cheaper than the hair salon too!

I ordered the medium ash blonde 8A. For my orangey brassy hair (picture on the left). Although the final result was darker than the colour on the box, it got rid of the orange and left me with a nice ash natural colour. I’m not surprised it was darker as I left it in longer than I should have and my hair wasn’t super light to start with. Nice product left my hair smelling nice, after the conditioning. Overall happy.

AMAZING!!! First time colouring at home in maybe 10 years. Cheap, easy to use, no itching, the smell is fine, results are awesome and my hair doesn't feel the least bit damaged. It actually feels more healthy, for some reason - although this is of course not the case, ha! I have quite thin and "delicate" Scandinavian hair, so I would have expected lots of damaged hair, but nothing. I can't believe how much money and time I've saved - and will save from now on. Was very skeptical about using a home dye as my hair is very thick and I was pretty sure I’d mess it up. I used 2 boxes (should have bought 3) on my hair, followed the instructions and the end result was pleasantly surprising. There were a few patches of hair I missed (at the back) so I bought another box and touched it up a few days later. Usually when u get my hair coloured at the hairdressers they can never cover all of my greys, this covered every single grey. So from now on I’ll be using this as it’s better coverage and soooo much cheaper than the salon 🙌🏻 PS, my hair is still damp in my after photo I have posted, so the colour is slightly lighter. I’ll post another photo soon!

Miracle product! I have very thick, dark, dark brown hair and have always gone to an Aveda hairdresser to get my roots done monthly. As we are mid a lock down during this Covid- 19 pandemic all hairdressers are closed 🙈 oh the stress...I tried a different product which barely lifted me out of brown shades. However, this Clairol Nice n Easy SB2 is a sheer miracle!!! FYI I left it on for an hour after all roots were covered. I also wore a bin bag and made a hole for my head to protect my clothes. Pure class! Lol 😊👌I used an inactive pen to part my hair with 1cm partings from the middle parting one side at a time. Then the back the same way. I rubbed it in using gloves and it helped, there was no bleed of the colour. This product REALLY WORKS XI may apply another box tomorrow to get an even lighter root colour.

I’m a home colouring convert ! I’ve mousey brown hair and blonde highlights. I dabbled with home kits when I was young and always care out with a horrible red tone. I’ve spent so much money on salon trips £100+! each trip. This stuff is by far the best I’ve ever come across. No red tones at all. It’s calmed the blonde as sun was starting to make it look brassy and the rest is a lovely light brown shade. I’m so happy with I’ve ordered 2 more boxes! Just think of the money I’ll save! So happy 😁
