Excellent humidifier and very effective. Easy to operate, quiet and lots of features. I especially like the heated steam feature.

Although it was smaller than I had anticipated, it works great! We use this in the kitchen near our wood stove. It's easy to fill and the large settings are easy to read from a distance. The noise is just a small hiss. What I had not expected the ease of being able to tell when it needs refilled. The water "trough" is clear so I can see the water level from across the room. My other two humidifiers are more difficult to monitor.

I'm leaving a 5 star review because I was drunk shopping and didn't realize how small it was. For a bedroom I'm sure it would be great but it probably only puts out about 3 gallons in a 24 hour period. The sensor that detects the humidity makes it think it's way more humid than it Is so it kicks on and off.

So far I am really impressed with the humidifier. Shipping was a little slower than expected, the outer box was crushed but the unit was unharmed. So far I am impressed with it.

...I don't like that I need to use distilled or filtered water, but I understand why. It's just annoying. Smaller humidifiers I've used allowed the use of tap water, so I guess I'm spoiled.
