Great for fast counter top hot water- making tea/rinsing dog dishes, etc
We love having hot water available with press of button- smaller unit, does not take up as much space as previous- we are spoiled and ordered this one when other one went out.

High quality, reasonably priced!
It replaced my 40 yrs. old Japanese hot water pot. 3.2 L size is nice for my kitchen counter. Water actually boils and the pot keeps it hot as long it is plugged in. When dispensing hot water, hold the receptacles close to the dispenser or the hot water can splash out. I am happy with the high quality stainless steel and the reasonable price!

Began to leak
2 years after purchasing this product it began to leak. I did not notice it at first. I put water in this pot daily from the top. Suddenly one morning I noticed water. A lot of water on the antique piece of furniture I had it sitting on in my dinning area. I did have a mat under it. Needless to say the top of my antique furniture is ruined. I thought maybe someone had put water into it and spilled the water. I moved the pot to another location and put a pan under it. Went out for a while. When I returned the pan had water in it. Thus, telling me that the dispenser was now leaking.For the $59.00 dollars I spent I supposed it lasted okay. I should have put cookie sheet or a shallow pan under it. I will reorder and use a shallow pan.

Everything evaporated
I desperately needed something that can hold hot water for a long time but unfortunately this machine doesn't stop boiling and within a very short while all the water evaporated! Unfortunately, I will be returning and looking for something else

We use this on a daily basis for tea, it has been awesome not having to boil water every night!

Missing Part and Damaged
Arrived without a power cord and kettle was dinged. Did not return because I really needed the kettle and used the previous kettle's power cord. QAQC could better at the factory and Amazon, since the box doesn't come sealed. As far as the actual product, it does the job of boiling water and keeping it hot - its a kettle like any other.

Great buy
I’m very pleased with my new hot water urn pot. It heats up quickly and is incredibly convenient for making tea or hot coffee in the morning.
