Great for health, not so tasty lol
I actual love this mixed in my super honey mix. But by itself it's kind of sour, I couldn't possibly eat it solo lol but it is a GREAT product. The mix I put it in I use before working out and before bed. Keeps my organs and body health, gives me good training energy and keeps me from being sick ever. Horses on good days now say they are as healthy as me 💪🔥

The best Royal Jelly on the market
I have been using your royal jelly off and on for years. It’s gives me energy. I really feel a difference when I am using it. I put a half a teaspoon under my tongue the first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. I don’t eat for one hour. The routine works for me. By the way I am 71 years old.

Spoiled Upon Arrival | Returns Not Accepted
The seller will likely attempt to discredit this. Scroll to the bottom.- - - - -Royal jelly can be left unrefrigerated for a day, two at most, at room temperature before it starts to degrade. In the heat (90+ degrees Fahrenheit), it degrades in just a few hours. They put 3 minuscule ice packs inside the box, but they were definitely warmer than room temperature. I opened the package less than 15 minutes after it was delivered. The smaller the ice pack, the faster it melts. This isn’t quantum physics. I can’t speak for everyone, but I wouldn’t have hesitated to pay an extra dollar or two to have my royal jelly shipped with 1 large ice pack, so that it would still be edible by the time I received it.- - - - -Bees do not actively store royal jelly in the way they store honey or pollen. Instead, royal jelly is produced by nurse bees on demand and used immediately to feed the larvae or the queen. They do not keep or store it for future use, as it degrades quickly and is meant to be consumed fresh.Sellers won’t tell you this, but peer-reviewed articles, and other reputable educational sources, will.

Tastes different. Surge of energy.
Royal Jelly just might be nature's perfect food source. Once you take a spoonful, you will also be convinced.I have also tried freeze dried versions and they are nowhere near as potent as this non-freeze dried version. The taste, which I had a huge concern, is different. It is slightly sweet with bitter rich-flavor after taste. To me, the taste wasn't bad at all. I think we are just too used to the taste of the simple sugar (fructose), which doesn't have any after taste. Royal Jelly is far more complex and far more nutritious than any simple sugar, and that is apparent in its rich complex flavor. I think Royal Jelly is somewhat of an acquired taste, but it isn't un-tasty by any means and I have no trouble eating it right out of the jar.So what are the affects? A surge of energy is common. But the quality of the energy you feel is different from those of energy drinks or coffee. You feel your body being revitalized at a very deep level, as if your cells have this extra boost of energy they didn't have before, and it wasn't forcibly stimulated.I have also noticed I am more mentally alert, can concentrate better, and sleep far better.I was so impressed, I ordered the larger jar from the same company which is far more of a bargain.Pros1)Boosts energy unlike anything I have tried (beats down Red-Bull and Coffee). The quality of the boost is also much better.2)Makes you mentally alert, concentrate better, and sleep far better.3)Far superior to any freeze-dried Royal Jelly pills.Cons1)Taste is different and not everyone will enjoy it. But it doesn't taste bad by any means.2)You cannot take it with any hot water (or hot temperature food) and you must refrigerate it.3)Very expensive (but it is worthwhile). The larger jar is a much better bargain.

Does Defrosted Royal Jelly Really Retain its Nutritional Qualities for "Several Days"
Package arrived with 3 small fully defrosted ice packs and the 4 oz jar of jelly, which was lukewarm. I live in Coastal Washington and it is 70 degrees today. Had I realized the jelly was shipped from Michigan, I may have rethought this purchase. The jelly may have stayed cooler if they had wrapped it in bubblewrap, but it was unwrapped with nothing but a few strips of packing tape to prevent the jar from leaking. It was clunking around in the styrofoam box with no padding whatsoever. The jar is supposed to last 8 weeks refrigerated. They do not mention how defrosting frozen jelly affects quality other than to say that the jelly comes from beehives that reach 100 degrees F. We all know that warm food is perfectly fine while it is warm, but disintegrates quickly once it cools to room temperature if it is not refrigerated. All that being said, I had much better luck with another vendor who was closer to Washington State. I also purchased frozen jelly from an apiary supply store in Sacramento, California on a hot day and it was still frozen when I arrived home after 2 hours of storage in my air conditioned car. I will provide an update once I consume this for awhile. I love it on top of oatmeal in the morning in a puddle of unfiltered honey. Or on toast with honey. The honey completely conceals the taste for me. UPDATE 6/9/22 Been taking it for about a week two teaspoons a day at breakfast. Did notice an increase in energy but finally had to resort to another course of Prednisone for my RA symptoms. I hope once inflammation is down this product will maintain my condition. This is the best online deal for fresh previously frozen Chinese jelly. I do wish they were located on the West coast. Because you have to realize that this was shipped from China frozen, defrosted and frozen again when they ship it to you. It then defrosts again in transit. I would NOT refreeze it again for your own consumption because this affects nutritional quality.

Royal Jelly
This is the first royal jelly I have tried. The taste is very good. I take about a half a teaspoon directly off the spoon. The taste is good enough that I don't need to mix it with anything.
