So glad I purchased this!
I bought this when it didn't have any reviews, so I was hesitant, but it was the best price for similar structures.Pros: it's sturdy and very spacious, and i feel like my cat is safe. It was easy to put together, but definitely needs two people. The design is very nice, and I like that there is the walled section to keep my cat out of the brutal sun during the day. She sleeps in the top compartment all the time. It seems flimsy until everything is connected, then it's good to go! I can fit two medium litter trays in the bottom under the walled section.Cons: when attaching the roof, the blue door on the top closed compartment was sticking up, even when we put it together exactly as instructed. I just removed the door, and it actually works even better. I don't think that door is necessary at all, and removing it doesn't damage the structure. Looks better too.The locking clasps that come for the door are somewhat weak, so I just replaced them with some hook-eye closures from home depot. It also doesn't come with handles, and I found the door cumbersome to try and close by gripping the frame or wire. So I installed two handles, one on each side, also from home depot. World of difference. There is no premade entrance to connect to a home, so I cut a section of the wire in an X-shape, secured it to the inside of my dog door, and sealed it in.The two small windows do not come with screens, which is clear in the product photos, but it's still a con to me. However, I easily cut an old window screen into two small parts and staple-gunned them to the window frames, so she can have a breeze and be able to look out without escaping. The cons are very easily corrected, and it was very cheap to do, so I'm still giving it a full 5 stars. This thing is awesome! Definitely worth the cost and effort, and I'd buy it again if needed.

Garbage, waste of money
So I bought this the first week of November and had it put together and set up by November 8th. It’s marketed as weatherproof; I wanna make sure that’s noted.Where I live it has rained ONCE and for less than 3hrs. After it rained, the wood warped, mold grew, paint is peeling, and wood is splitting. First of all, if you’re selling something marketed for animals why aren’t you treating the wood to make sure you prevent mold growth? Secondly, how is mold growing and wood warping if it’s weatherproof? The “roofing” sheet doesn’t even fit the top of the indoor sectioning of the cat patio correctly so expect the sectionals to get flooded. The wood where some of the screws are split despite me screwing them in by hand (which says a lot about the quality of the wood if I was able to use a screwdriver to put this together), and the latches to the doors and windows feel like they’re made of aluminum foil. They’re hollow, bend super easily and are already rusting. My cat actually managed to push hard enough to bend the bottom hatch, to escape through the bottom of the door. The screws are super tiny and feel hollow. Last but not least whoever made this literally just took a stapler gun and stapled the mesh wire onto the wood. The staples can sometimes pop out if your cat tries to climb the mesh, and now you have a serious safety hazard.Do not waste your money on this. It is flimsy, it is cheap, it is literally a giant safety hazard.

Catio
It's okay, but not made to last long. I had to add wood and fix my many times and i have only one cat that is small. The shelves break easily and I would never suggest to put where it rains. Mine stays under my front patio covered and that's probably why it has lasted as long as it has. Cat loves it though, he gets so excited to go in so he can watch the wild life. The cat has a neurological condition so he can be let loose.

Pretty nice!!
We bought this to put on our back porch to house our 2 kittens in until they are big enough to hunt and wander. They are now able to wander around some on our property and then return to the catio when they feel like it as we leave the door open for them. We still close them up at night. It would be nice to have a built in way for them to come and go as they please, instead of having to leave the whole door open. One that can be secured to stay closed or one that can remain unsecured so they can do in and out.The assembly was cumbersome and the quality is just adequate. The assembled product lacks sturdiness but still works. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.
