Used this for coffee at an outdoor event with no power. Filled with hot coffee at 5am, and was still piping hot at 2pm. It has a nice strong seal around the top lid (lid gasket comes off when washing, but no problem to replace), the dispenser valve did not leak, and it was easy to wash/clean. It was well constructed. This particular one didn’t sit completely level - it’s a bit wobbly like a table with one short leg - but it was minimal and didn’t cause any problems. Caveat from previous experience: if you use this for something like hot chocolate or lemonade/punch (anything with sugar or milk), BE SURE to wash and dry it completely before storing. If you leave any sugary liquid in it and store it, you may end up with mildew inside. Absolutely no problems if it’s cleaned completely, just a caveat for use. Was a solid value for the price. Confidently recommend and would definitely purchase again.

This was awesome! Easy to use... fill with ice pour in beverage! Kept beverage very cold for 8 hour party. Held 5 gallons.also keeps hot beverages hot.sturdy but not too heavy to handle!

We are using this dispenser for electrolytes beverages, it keeps it cold for so long, that we are amazed!Easy to clean and to prepare the beverages, love the sealing system and looks great.

So far no leaks keeps the drinks cold and hot have tested both to a degree to see how long I've stays ice and how long hot stays hot, I can say that this will fit most needs. Not to heavy to carry and I carried it full but might be better to sit and fill.

Our organization purchased two of these to offer hot cider and hot cocoa for our annual Harvest Festival event. They worked great and kept the drinks nice and warm. We might even get an additional one or two for coffee and hot tea.
