Q: How many size 00 capsules can you fill with the powder content that comes in the bag? Thinking of making my own capsules.

I do not know I put the powder directly into my morning breakfast drink. Sorry I cannot help with your question

Q: Is this product water soluble? If added to a liquid will it remain in granular form and have to be constantly stired to remain in suspension to drink?

This product does not dissolve in water. It is a fine powder which basically just sits on top of the water (or other clear liquids, like juices). When I try to stir it, some of it ends up flying out the top of the glass. However, if I add it to protein powder and stir the dry powder mixture with a spoon, I can then add a liquid (I use Almond Milk), and blend it up with an electric hand mixer. This works perfectly - no lumps or clots, and it is tasteless in the drink. Also, I have been using this for a little over a month now, and I am finding really positive effects. I highly recommend it.

Shelf life is usually about 1-2 years.

Q: When you zoom it says it is one teaspoon for serving once a day - but also says it is Creatine Monohydrate. Is Creatine a Plant Sterol?

Creatine is in no way a plant sterol, animal sterol, or any other kind of sterol. It is alson in no way a "steroid" nor "anabolic" steroid. The body makes it from 2 amino acids, gycine and arginine.
