Not sure this actually has Vitamin D in it.
Switched to this item as it combines K2 and supposed to have a higher concentration of D3. Was taking 2 pills daily as Im deficient in vitamin D but my latest blood test showed a drop of more than 10 points from previous test (3 months earlier). I’m skeptical this has any vitamin D at all. Never using this again.
